When you use NeuraCamp, the following information helps us deliver your assessment experience:

• Account details. Your name and email address, provided when you sign up.
• Your resume. Uploaded voluntarily during onboarding to help us build your profile. You can review and edit every detail we process.
• Profile details. Structured information such as your experience, skills, and goals. All fully editable by you at any time.
• Assessment responses. Your answers to evaluation questions, used to compute your readiness results and personalised recommendations.
• Usage insights. Anonymised information about how you interact with the product, used to improve your experience.

When you upload a resume, we use AI-assisted processing to extract your experience, skills, and background. Your information is handled securely throughout this process, and you can review and edit every detail before anything is finalised.

Your resume content is never used to train external AI models. All processing is carried out under data-protection agreements that prohibit any provider from retaining or training on your information.

When you buy Neura Pro, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details at any point.

We store a limited payment record so we can unlock Neura Pro, verify a purchase, and handle support or refund requests: the payment id and order id, the amount and currency, the event that confirmed the payment, and the related timestamps. This record is linked to your account and is removed with it, as described in "How long your information stays".

The role matches, focus areas, and learning recommendations you receive are generated with AI assistance and are directional guidance only. They are designed to help you think about your next steps, not to guarantee any specific outcome. Use them as a starting point for your own decisions and planning.

We use analytics to understand which features are helpful and to improve your experience. These insights use hashed identifiers only. Your name, email, resume, and assessment answers are never sent to analytics services.

Analytics only load after you accept the cookie banner; if you decline, they do not load. You can also block analytics with your browser's standard privacy settings at any time.

Your profile and assessment results remain available while your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated information is permanently removed within 24 hours. You are always in control of how long your information stays with us.

You can edit your profile details from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so from your account settings or email us and we will process your request promptly.

We process your personal data for the purposes described in this policy: creating your account, delivering assessments and results, generating your report and recommendations, supporting you, and keeping the service secure. We rely on your consent, which you give when you create an account and use the service.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data (most profile details are editable from your dashboard);
• erase your data;
• raise a grievance with us about how your data is handled.

To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent, email us at shravan@neuracamp.com. If you withdraw consent, we will stop processing and delete your data as described in this policy, though this also means we can no longer provide the service to you.

We reply within 7 days and resolve your grievance within the timelines required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We work with trusted partners to deliver NeuraCamp securely. All partners operate under data-protection agreements and follow industry security standards. Our current sub-processors are:

• A payment provider - payment processing for Neura Pro purchases.
• A cloud hosting provider - application hosting in the United States.
• A managed database provider - database hosting in the United States.
• An authentication provider - account sign-in and authentication.
• An email provider - email delivery.
• A product analytics provider - loaded only after you accept the cookie banner.
• An error monitoring provider - with personal information scrubbed.
• An AI model provider - resume parsing, question generation, the career advisor, and fun facts.
• A logo service - company logos shown in your role matches.
• A form service - contact form processing.

We keep this list current and will notify you of any significant additions.

NeuraCamp is in early beta. As the product grows, some details described here may evolve. If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your information, we will notify you by email and update the date below. Your continued use after notification means you are comfortable with the updates.
